Comfortable, modern stay next to the ocean and close to Ponta Delgada

Liked: Very modern and nicely furnished! We liked the white, beige and light wooden decorations. The bedroom was fantastic, as well as the bathroom (No odor! Rare in Portugal). The couch was amazing. Beautiful view over the ocean. We also appreciated the flexible check-in (not having to align with the host regarding the our time of arrival.). The check-in is via a door handle code.

Disliked: We were slightly disappointed by the terrace being quite close to the outside pool because people looked onto the terrace and into our living room from time to time. I felt it was not quite as private as I had imagined it. The living room table and TV setup were not ideal. TV not fully visible from the couch.

Beautiful house right on the waters edge, amazing

Liked: The house was beautiful your literally right at the water, it’s amazing

Disliked: I would say you need a car to stay here it’s hard to get around and bolts are hard to come by later in the evening, there is a little store a walk away and taxis but it was hard to locate one sometimes and its about a 9min drive into the town but not at all walk able.

Liked: The location was absolutely awesome, especially the view from the balcony. We had a chance to watch the sunset every morning which made the stay magical.

Liked: The place was very nice and very clean.

Disliked: The free parking wasn't the easiest, often fill requiring us to park further away than we'd like. Additionally the apartment is fully visible from the apartment below which made it a little uncomfortable.
