  Liked: Great staff and customer experience,my flight got cancelled but the staff kindly worked with me to accomodate with my trip changes, best continental breakfast ever, true hotel is well located and really nice, sadly my stay was very short but I highly recommend this facility because of the customer experience and their attention to detail! Welcome gift, little customize gift for kids ect... And the ocean view is magnificent, will be back for sure!

  Azores outdoorsy trip

  Liked: I honestly didn't expect to love this hotel. It's actually perfect for the island. You can affordably valet your car every day, and the hotel is so well located to the highway so that you can get out on the road to all of the island so easily. It's not quite downtown but it's close enough that most restaurants are in walking distance, and all restaurants are within scooter distance.

  Disliked: The property is great and its location is good! The surrounding area is a little off putting but it really doesn't matter. Such great service. A good buffet, friendly staff and great comfort and cleanliness. I will recommend to everyone.

  Loved it - thanks for a great experience!

  Liked: Team was excellent- taking care of every detail! And they made it special for our wedding anniversary and my birthday. Very sweet!

  We would stay in Octant again

  Liked: All the rooms are facing the ocean. A wonderful breakfast spread. We really enjoy the food. The stuffs are exceptionally helpful.

  We stayed out first and last night in Azores. Had the room with the bunk bed night one and family room on our last night

  Liked: Location- loved watching the boats and the city life from balcony. Breakfast- best breakfast we had in the Azores Staff- very friendly and always available Hat- my husband wears it in Vermont Spa- relaxing and nice change of pace
