  Liked: It’s a nicely renovated apartment, very close to the airport and Punta Delgado. Parking is conveniently in front of the house. The kitchen is great, everything one needs. Beds are comfortable.

  Disliked: The flat had a humid to moldy scent when we entered, and one can see the humidity on the walls, as the paint is lifting. It got better after keeping the windows open. Unfortunately the bathroom has no window. We where greeted by cockroaches in the building. I understand that they belong to the Azores, however, we also found small ones the next morning in the flat and even more the following morning.

  Wonderful stay!

  Liked: The apartment has everything you need for a stay. Also staff were really good and care about us a lot. Prepare extra items for our kid, towels to go to the beach. The apartment is near the one of the best beaches on island. It is also perfect if you rent a car, apartment has a free parking. The big supermarket is also near by car 5 min, and the main city is near 8 -10 min drive. We were very happy, enjoyed the stay, had a conference in town and managed to relaxed on black sand beach near by. There was plenty of space in the apartment, 2 bedrooms, and also living room and kitchen. Really great stay!

  Liked: Great apartment, ideally situated near the beach, short 8 minute walk. We have a child and found it very suitable. Good access to major roads if you are driving. Found most tourist locations to be within a 20 min drive generally. Well maintained and equipped for our use. The host was very responsive to any questions. Check in and out was easy. Also great parking availability.

  Liked: Great locations, superb towels, and you had a coffee maker with coffee ready to make. The location was perfect with car with easy access to the main highways. 100% recommended
