  Liked: Very comfortable apartment Good location for exploring the island Good supermarket close by Private good parking place Gated facility Beautiful garden

  Disliked: The refrigerator is small and doesn’t have freezer No dishwasher Air conditioning only in living room ( could be a bit warm in bedrooms in summer. Didn’t bother us)

  Great, just great!

  Liked: Beautiful place where everything is quirkily themed around parrots - even the tea towels. No real parrots in sight but you are woken up to an almost unreal morning chorus of song birds. In an age where the closest one normally gets to the host is an email with a code to the key locker, here you meet Sonia who obviously takes great pride in running the place well. The location, near Ribeira Grande is just perfect.

  Liked: Located in a rural setting in the central area of the island making it ideal to explore all the island. All amenities as described. Sonia was always responsive and very helpful. Easy on site parking.

  Liked: A modern bungalow, located strategicall in central part of the island, which is very practical when you want to travel and discover the whole island.

  highly recommend

  Liked: Comfortable beds, well-equipped guesthouses, and a sense of security thanks to entry by code. Convenient parking within the compound. We had a guesthouse with a jacuzzi (some units have it), which we made great use of after long travel days. The staff was caring and friendly. Good location for travelling the island.

  Disliked: Nothing. Adding a small dishwasher would make it perfect.
