Superior accomodtions, style and substance, great value! Will reccomend!

Liked: Beautifully appointed spacious room. Very clean. The lovely protected roof garden was just outside our door and felt like an extension to our room. Such a treat. Lots of inexpensive street parking all around, very easy. No charge at night or Sundays. Great little kitchen, just enough to accommodate our needs. Would recommend to any and all.

Highly recommended, it’s a great place!

Liked: The room was very nice with lots of thoughtful details. Also very spacious, perfectly clean, and it had a super comfortable bed. The rest of the house was very clean as well, and it has a great rooftop terrace to hang out. Also, perfect location – basically right in the middle of town, but in a small and super quiet street. Public and cheap (at night even free) parking in front of the house, where we always found a spot. Lastly, Lourenço is a super nice guy, and he was helping immediately once we had a question.

Liked: Very modern apartment in a central location in Ponta Delgada - lot's of very good restaurants and breakfast options within a 5 minute walk distance. A highlight is the large shared terrace, which just looks beautiful and gives you the perfect holiday feeling!

Liked: Location, clean and the room we had was opposite the roof terrace which was a real bonus

Disliked: Suggest a light on the step upto the bed so you don’t fall down the step at night
