  Exceeded expectations

  Liked: Ana and her team made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything is brand new and clearly designed with great attention to detail. The property blends modern comfort with the historical charm and character of the original place beautifully.The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, including a few basic ingredients to get us started. The pool, spa, stunning views, friendly staff, and even the opportunity to feed the chickens and rabbits all made for a memorable experience.Everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

  Pure charm with a modern touch

  Great place with beautiful garden

  Liked: The place is charming, an old building that was recently renovated. The apartment is spacious and beautifully designed. The bed is wide and the mattress is very comfortable. The shower is large and bright, and there is a washing machine and dryer for all guests with free detergents. Around the hotel there is a large, lovely garden with lounge chairs and a pleasant, quiet atmosphere. There’s also a pool and a jacuzzi. The location is convenient for access to the city itself and to other places on the island.

  Disliked: The water pressure in the shower is weak and breakfast is basic but overall okay.

  Excellent accommodation to explore the beautiful island

  Liked: Excellent accommodation with great owner and staff, located nicely slightly outside of Ponta Delgada downtown but great to start your trips in the mornings. Pool and whirlpool are great for relaxing after the all day trips we did with the family.
