  10/10 stay for us

  Liked: Honestly this was one of the best hotel stays we've ever had. Kudos to the people working here: from the front desk through the cleaning ladies to the waiters the staff was incredibly nice and attentive. The hotel is clean, beds and pillows are super comfortable! + We've actually spent part of our honeymoon here and we got a sweet gift from the hotel! Thank you, we had a wonderful stay here!

  Disliked: Nothing, my only suggestion, it'd be nice to put up a sign pointing to the hot pool because we accidentally got a little lost, but that's like nothin

  Liked: The Rooftop restaurant was amazing. We had the tasting menu which was amazing. Hotel is very welcoming. The bar and pools are very inviting. Not too busy when we went.

  Disliked: We had a disabled access shower room which was massive but couldn't be considered cozy.

  Love the hotel itself, but for the price there should be better service, 2 chairs for outdoor space and ideally some sep

  Liked: The gardens, the quiet, the ambiance and decor.

  Disliked: The pool looked dirty around the outside, the outside area from our room only had one chair and no table. No privacy at all. The breakfast area is too crowded. When there are tour buses they should park at the back instead of taking guest parking in the front. My least favourite thing is how there is a very strong perfume scent in the lobby. Way too much - I felt ill

  Liked: sauna at the spa with an ocean view. morning coffee on my balcony, sunset view from my balcony. strong hot showet, close to Fanal and PR14

  Not worth the money, would not recommend

  Liked: We got a free upgrade when we arrived and got the family room with two balconies and large bedroom. Check-out is standard at 12.00 O’clock.

  Disliked: Really overpriced. We paid over €400,- for one night, but what you get in return us definitely not worth that much money (even with the free room upgrade). The spa facilities are really small. The steam cabin and sauna are just for two people at a time.
