  Liked: Location was ok for driving to other places or for taking a walk by the sea View was nice Parking not private, but easy to find nearby Cleaning mid our stay was nice

  Disliked: Description of the property was a bit misleading in my opinion. First I thought we are booking a villa with private pool, after reservation was made I realised it is only a 2 bedroom&2 bathroom appartment, but it actually turned out to be 2 separate units with one being totally useless to us, as we had to go to the hallway of the building to use another bathroom for example. So quite dissapointed, coming arriving Funchal-Madeira, where we had a full 2 story villa with private pool for only 20 eur more per night... A bit far away from downtown or beach, just a couple of restaurants within walking distance

  Beautiful villa on the water in perfect location for exploring Sao Miguel

  Liked: Beautiful villa! Location was perfect for exploring the entire island. The pool and close ocean access were perfect for swimming!

  Disliked: A queen bed in the second bedroom would have been preferred over twin beds.

  Liked: Amazing location across from natural swimming pool and walkway. The space itself was clean and had everything we needed including access to a lovely pool, kitchenette, laundry facilities and more, hosts have thought of it all.

  Beautiful location and views

  Liked: The view and location across from the public swimming area were wonderful. The parking was very easy. The unit was very clean. It was not a real 2 bedroom it was two separate 1 bedroom units on the same floor.

  Disliked: From the listing we thought the pool was private. In reality it was shared with 3 separate villas. But was not crowded. We found check in somewhat confusing with the codes and the keys.

  Wonderful week on beautiful Sao Miguel island!

  Liked: We stayed in the lower unit that opens directly onto the wonderful pool deck. Our host was very responsive and helped to quickly resolve a couple minor issues. The location was especially nice, with no busy road in front of the unit - just a promenade and the public ocean swimming area. There was plenty of room for us and our two adult children. Having access to a washer was very convenient. Finding a parking spot in the lot around the corner was never an issue during the week we were there except for one day, where we had to wait a bit for a spot to open up.

  Disliked: There is a video camera mounted in the living room. It is covered with a cloth so no video of us could be taken. Not sure if sound could be recorded though. It didn't bother us, although we feel it's presence should have been disclosed.
