  Nice stay in a good area of Porta Delgada

  Liked: Everithing was neat and clean and the breakfast was good.

  Disliked: One of the staff that sets up the breakfast made a whole lot of noise also the A/C unit needs some maintainace because it made a strange noise

  Perfect spot to stay

  Liked: This was perfect! The room was exactly what we needed. We had a private bathroom with two towels, one for the hotel and one for post thermal spas and ocean swims which was so needed! We loved our balcony and we had so much space to put our stuff. The parking was easy and if there were no spots at the airbnb, there were many spots around the street and an easy, nice walk into the main square around 15 minutes! We felt safe the entire time. The breakfast was great and everything we needed and the communication between Rebecca was perfect! She even bagged us up a large breakfast before our early flight. Thank you again for everything! It was perfect stay for our week in Sao Miguel!

  Disappointing stay due to the damp, poorly ventilated room, despite the good location

  Liked: The location was good and convenient for exploring the island.

  Disliked: The room was not as expected. The check-in message only mentioned that it was located outside the house (room 8), but it was actually a shed in the backyard. The room had a very strong damp smell due to poor ventilation. The windows barely opened, there was constant condensation, especially in the bathroom, and even the towels never dried. On rainy days, we had to walk across the open patio to reach the house for breakfast, so we got wet every time. Unfortunately, it was not a comfortable stay.
