  Nice hotel near airport

  Liked: Really simple stay near the airport. We arrived late at night, but were able to access the hotel via the entrance code provided. Great beds, nice bathroom. Breakfast was also good. Not anything fancy, but very acceptable if you take the price into account.

  Disliked: The lights were really really white, so it had a very clinical feel to it. Breakfast could have been a bit more complete.

  Clean new rooms and great breakfast

  Liked: The room was recently renovated, everything was new or very well preserved, clean big room, comfortable beds and a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast was full of options and everything was fresh!!

  Disliked: The location was great to wander in the town but you hadn't great view.

  A great stay in a convenient location, friendly staff, clean facilities, and everything we needed

  Liked: The location was fantastic, just a 15-minute walk to the main centre of the city, with great shops, restaurants, and other amenities nearby. It was also a quick drive to many beautiful natural sites, beaches, and lookout points. The amenities at The Rock were great, with spacious and clean common areas. There was also complimentary parking available just a one-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The onsite staff were friendly and helpful, especially Paulo, who was always welcoming and accommodating. Overall, a great place to stay and a convenient base for exploring the area!

  Disliked: We were very happy with our stay overall. The only consideration is that, due to the number of stairs, the property may be challenging for guests with accessibility needs.

  Liked: Very convenient to central Ponta Delgada. Excellent facilities with very attentive staff. We had an early flight the morning we left and they had a to-go breakfast bag for us. The pool is great as well. We have stayed in several hotels in Ponta Delgada over the past few years and Rock Hostel has been the best.

  We found it very convenient for our last day in Sao Miguel. It is a smap to get to the airport

  Liked: Very very clean. We had to leave before breakfast but we observed the staff making fresh croissants and all kinds of goodies Nice showers. Very comfortable bed with lighting to read. Heated pool.

  Disliked: I was slightly confused about the code.

  Liked: They place was easy to find and parking across the street. Great breakfast in the morning as well

  Disliked: Smelt a little musty if you didn't leave your ac running due to the humidity of the island but not a big deal.
