Guest reviews
Exceptional
Thanks for the clean, comfortable stay and the welcome gift of wine, tea, and bread
Liked: Great location, clean, bright rooms, lots of space, and a lovely balcony for evening drinks.
Disliked: Everything was perfect
Liked: The location was good, close to Marina and about 15 minutes walk from Parque Atlantico, there are several free parkings nearby, apartment is split in two levels with two bathrooms giving enough space for 5 persons, there’s a washing machine and dryer as well, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning worked perfectly.
Disliked: The beds weren’t comfortable, specially sofa bed downstairs is not suitable to sleep on it for 7 nights, the entrance door is not soundproof letting any street noise in, there were some annoying flies and cockroaches at the small courtyard and we found the apartment street infested every evening with huge cockroaches which made us feel uncomfortable, the dryer wasn’t emptied, overall apartment seemed to be slightly neglected, the district is still a bit underdeveloped, unfortunately we cannot recommend this accommodation
Great accommodation for families
Liked: A clean, tidy, and well-equipped apartment in a great location. The self check-in was easy and hassle-free, and the host was responsive and always willing to help. Free parking just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment (and there’s a fantastic bakery right by the parking lot:D). If I ever find myself in Ponta Delgada again, I would definitely book the same place. The biggest pluses were the washing machine and dryer!
Liked: Decor, roof top pstio. Central location.
Disliked: Nouse level on street in early morning.
Liked: Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Equipped with all the necessary facilities. Right in the center of Ponta Delgada. There is a free parking lot a few minutes away.
Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: Parking was difficult, close by on street parking very limited and not for the faint hearted.
