  Good location, clean but dated and the lack of air conditioning made it a very uncomfortable stay

  Liked: The location is very nice and close to restaurants and as Portas da Cidade. The place was clean accept for the main door downstairs.

  Disliked: The place was clean but very dated. It definitely needs a makeover and the fact that it had no air conditioning is inexcusable in 2026. Due to climate change, air-conditioning is a must for a comfortable stay in the Azores, therefore I would not stay here again.

  Horrible, a nightmare

  Liked: Nothing, it is an old apartment, not clean and moldy

  Disliked: The property is full of mold, smells like smoking. I left it the day after and asked for a refund that never arrived. I strongly advice not to go there, it is discussing

  One night in town - good

  Liked: Clean, kitchen well appointed. Good downtown location near waterfront.

  Disliked: Hard to find - google maps didn’t seem to recognize the address with one way system. No parking meant dragging bags a distance

  Uncomfortable, Unclean, and Poorly Maintained”

  Liked: Location

  Disliked: The apartment was not clean upon arrival — even the sheets were dirty. Many essential things were missing, and the overall condition was poor. The couch was terrible, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The house smelled of mold, which made the stay unpleasant. Basic supplies to equip the house were not provided. Overall, I would not recommend this apartment.

  Decent value for the price. The owner was great at communicating

  Liked: Cute place that is centrally located.

  Disliked: The bathroom is quite small. The bedroom door near the bathroom doesn’t close all the way. No parking really on the street so you may have to walk a bit. The bed was not very comfortable.
