  Very nice hotel located in a perfect location

  Liked: Very nice room. Excellent buffet breakfast. Perfect location

  Disliked: Not enough elevators (only 2) for a hotel with this many rooms. Had to often wait or take the stairs.

  Must stay while in Portimao

  Liked: The location is perfect, the staff is outstanding. Gina in the lobby bar is awesome. The ocean view rooms are fabulous. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, complete with mimosas.

Good to know

The spa facilities and services are available at an additional cost. Children under the age of 16 years will not be able to use the SPA and Gym, for safety reasons.

Parking, upon request and at an extra cost, is available at the hotel's garage or at a nearby public paid parking located 150 metres from the hotel's entrance. From October to May special discount rates for the parking are applied.

Please note that half board (breakfast and dinner) includes a selection of drinks served during dinner (water, white or red wine, draft beer, soft drinks) and full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) includes a selection of drinks served during lunch and dinner (water, white or red wine, draft beer, soft drinks)

Pool towels are available free of charge at the SPA's reception upon an refundable deposit.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated and covered from November to April and is free of charge all year round.

Please note that guests that require an invoice in non-refundable reservations, must inform the VAT number, name and address at the time of the reservation using the Special Request box. If this information is not provided, the information cannot be added later.

Please note that during the Summer Music Festivals (June and July) the following applies: 250 Euros breakage deposit per room is requested at arrival; guests are requested to use hotel wristbands for identification; non hotel guests, visitors are not allowed at the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
