  Maybe for a four star hotel I was expecting a little better but staff were very helpful and friendly

  Liked: Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: Property is a little outdated, a lot of work going on, drilling and banging from early in the morning which we were not informed about. For a Four star hotel they could not supply an iron to use.

  Nice vacation

  Liked: The location is excellent, hard to find something better, The staff is very professional, helfpul and effective with a polite approach; breakfast is well varied. the standard 2 person room dimension is good, balcony is very nice and spacious. I would probably come back to this hotel.

  Disliked: the furniture is quite old and there is no ceiling light which makes the room too dark sometimes.

  Disappointing and will not return

  Liked: The room itself was clean but very dark. Lighting is poor.

  Disliked: The hotel reception area, corridors and general areas all very run down and in desperate need of modernisation. It looks like a hotel that would have been lovely in the 1970’s and has never been refurbished. The spa area smelt like dirty nappies.
