  An excellent location for both coast and mountains

  Liked: The location in the middle of the village and on the beach front with rooftop patio was good. The property was well equipped and very smart. The managers were very accommodating over our arrival time when our flights from Flores were cancelled on two consecutive days. The location is great and also for easy access to Sete Cidades.

  Disliked: A minor point - but please could you provide cloths for wiping surfaces and the floor. Losing two nights of our four because of flights cancelled due to bad weather.

  Liked: A wonderful house right next to Mosteiros Beach, clean and comfortable. The views from the terrace were spectacular, and dedicated parking was available (which is important in that part of Mosteiros). Definitely would return again!

  Unbeatable Location & Sunset Magic in Mosteiros

  Liked: We spent 4 nights in this lovely beach house and the location is truly a dream come true for anyone visiting São Miguel. Being right by the beach allowed us to fully soak in the island's coastal charm. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the sunset between the rocks. Watching the sun dip into the ocean from the property was a breathtaking experience we will never forget. Having two courtyards and a private parking spot was a huge plus. The house itself is comfortable and offers all the essential amenities for a beachside stay. Though the access is unconventional, the rooftop terrace offers a stunning panoramic view of the ocean that is hard to beat.

  Disliked: Despite having two lovely courtyards and a terrace, there was no outdoor furniture (chairs or a table) to sit and enjoy the fresh air. It felt like a missed opportunity to fully enjoy those beautiful spaces. The sliding glass doors were very difficult to open and close, which was a bit frustrating. Also, the access to the rooftop terrace through the laundry/storage room is quite unusual and not the most convenient.
