  Beautiful apartment, excellent location to explore Silves and the more popular spots

  Liked: Beautifully appointed apartment that feels like home! Well situated - it’s a 20-minute drive to many of the popular attractions and close to everything in Silves. Loved the patio where we spent many hours relaxing with a glass of wine and the view of the castle walls - just beautiful!

  Disliked: Beds were not super comfortable - we all found the mattresses were a bit on the thin side, but it didn’t detract from an otherwise wonderful stay.

  Some compliments

  Liked: Clean, tidy, cozy, stylish, comfortable, beautiful, Unique impressions. Met all wishes, expectations, standards of aesthetics and beauty. Now it will be difficult in other places, because you will want the same feeling. It was good to be. The hostess is a great woman, she left a bottle of wine, canned goods, bread, fruit, milk. Nothing was missing on the kitchen shelves. We feel like we were welcome guests. We were also lucky that there were concerts at Silves Castle for 2 consecutive evenings and we listened to them while sitting on the terrace.

  Disliked: It is a great joy to be your guest.

  Very good accommodation

  Liked: The host waited for us with the keys, we had a good communication. The rooms are large. The balcony with a view to the castle is great. There is an Aldi very close to the location.

  Wonderful Stay, Lovely Hosts

  Liked: I really enjoyed my stay in this spacious and lovingly decorated apartment and felt very much at home. It was spotless and equipped with everything I needed. Lovely welcome goodies including bread and wine and sweet oranges. Lots of closet space, a washer, bathroom scales, extra towels, umbrellas, room darkening blinds in the bedroom. Good shower, bed more on the firm side. It was rainy and cold the entire time I was there so I was happy the heating worked well in the living area. There is a balcony with dining table and chairs and a view of the castle, which looks especially nice lit up at night. The smaller balcony off the bedroom gives a view of the storks' nests. Rosario was an amazing host, so lovely and accommodating. I was able to check in early and she even picked me up from the train station. The elevator wasn't working the day I arrived so she and her husband helped me with my heavy luggage. Quiet location with a 10-minute walk to the center and an Aldi supermarket just down the street. Highly recommend!

  Perfect apartment for our stay, in a lovely town full of history

  Liked: Our second stay here, fantastic hosts (Rosario & Antonio) and a spotless apartment with every possible amenity and great views of a mediaeval castle. The cleaner, Anastasia deserves a special mention for her excellent standards of cleanliness. Near to restaurants and a very calm place to stay. Excellent, we have rebooked for next year also!

  Disliked: Nothing, it was impossible to find any faults. No issues with the operation of appliances, etc., written instructions left and the hosts just a phone call away.
