  Outside traditional, inside modern, clean and tidy. Nice covered terrace. Kitchen with all you need

  Liked: Fantastic location, charming room in a nice building.

  Disliked: Ants in the bathroom, crawling everywhere. The problem was mostly solved when they put down ant bait but doesn't speak of fantastic cleanliness.

  Dozens of ants on the pillows, and no apologies

  Liked: The location was fine.

  Disliked: First of all, there were dozens of ants on my pillow and bed sheet on the 1st and 2nd day. They sent a cleaning lady and it got a lot better starting from the 3rd day, but, the on going lack of sleep, stress, unpleasant communications ruined my precious vacation time, energy and money. I sent photos to show several ants being on my pillow, and the property owner lady replied, "That's normal!" Secondly, I had requested to leave my luggages there to go out till check in time since I arrive early in the morning. When I arrived, no one was there. I sent messages every few minutes, but, they weren't read for over 30 minutes. one of the owners finally read them and showed up, but, I had to just stand in front of the property for over an hour... no apologies on both occasions. They were the ones raising voices at me, while I kept calm and professional. They wouldn't talk much when I call them or message them. They reached me through the cleaning lady's phone while she was around to raise voice at me. I asked why she was raising voice at me on this incident when an apology would be the first thing to do. and she said, "Ok, I can say I am sorry." still with an angry voice. I have never experienced anything like this before.
