  Lovely apartment, central for everything we needed and would use again

  Great location, but disappointing overall

  Liked: Location.

  Disliked: Access difficulties due to sticking lock. Problems opening shutters, loose kitchen tap. Rusty clothes drier. General lack of maintenance. Limited cutlery and utensils for daily cooking. Very small shower head.

  Disliked: The apartment itself was fine, but the overall experience was disappointing due to the check-in process and lack of transparency. Before booking, it was only stated that a late check-in may incur a fee, but no specific amount was mentioned. The 100 € charge was only communicated afterward, which did not allow for an informed decision in advance. Due to this situation, the first night was not used. We requested a refund for that night only, as no service was provided, but this was refused. Additionally, after our arrival, the check-in time on the listing was changed from 8:00 pm to 7:00 pm, which further added to the confusion. While rules and schedules are understandable, we expected more transparency and a more customer-oriented solution in this situation.

  Cozy, comfortable and liveable. Really enjoyed our stay:)

  Liked: Perfect location for walking, parking and eating. My wife was grateful for the coffee starter and laundry and dishwasher soap as well as the salt and spices.

  Disliked: Not everyone traveling from another country has a phone that will work so a lockbox for the keys might have been better for anxiety. The sheets on the bed were too small and kept coming undone. Dishwashing detergent for the kitchen sink would have been nice - I had to use the bathroom soap to wash dishes! We had to search for the drying rack - didn't expect it to be in a cupboard outside. Please change the details for the new wifi on your welcome frame so guests don't have to look for it on the router. Also someone has posted a piece of cardboard with a very old wifi code above the TV. Throw it away! All small things, but worth considering:)

  Clean apartment with good parking and near restaurants

  Liked: Very comfortable and clean. We really appreciated the washing machine. Very close to lots of good coffee shops and restaurants. Good parking nearby.

  Disliked: Required a ride on a ferry to get to the beach.
