  Liked: The rooms are ok, the kitchen is properly equipped and the host is nice.

  Disliked: The stay is ok, however the check-in process could be better. We had to call the owner by phone (no whatsapp option) and at first he was not answering, so we had to wait, while the rooms actually were ready and a simple written or video instruction would be sufficient for us to check in.

  lovely guest house with a great host

  Liked: Great budget option that felt like Airbnb (in a good way, LOL). The host Luis was very hospitable and friendly. Total freedom of movement throughout the public areas including a nice living room with comfy sofas, armchairs, and a dining table where I worked on my laptop, because those chairs were good too. You could have your breakfast at any time, as the host simply showed you everything available in the fridge and at the shelves. My window was into the trees outside. Sufficient parking space right beside the entrance.

  Disliked: My matrass was sliding a little but that's negligent and didn't really bother me.

  Liked: The landlord, Mr. Luis, is very friendly and the place is clean and cozy. We are allowed to use the kitchen to prepare our meals with the materials we bought ourselves. We could make our breakfast with the ingredients provided by Luis.

  Disliked: There's not a sign of the property at the building entrance. It take some time for us to confirm we have reached the right place.

  Disliked: I think I have been scammed! Also when I complained I have been told off by the owner, instead of apologizing and picking up the phone when I called.
