  unloved underserved beautiful house

  Liked: house was beautiful modern and in a nice resort. worried about how to get in after reading some comments I had contacted the property manager who provided all necessary details while the resort gate keeper also provided us all necessary instruction upon the entrance

  Disliked: unloved house: 6 glasses total, no wine glasses, limited appliances, no floor mat for the showers and agency did not react when asked to be provided with some and mainly partial cleaning could have been done much more thorough

  THE WORST

  Disliked: We couldn’t even get into the apartment. We wasted an entire day running around trying to solve a problem that was entirely the hosts’ responsibility, while they showed zero accountability and provided no effective assistance. As a result, our plans were ruined, everything ended up being canceled, and all the food we had purchased spoiled. After hours of stress, inconvenience, and being left without proper accommodation, we only managed to find a new place at midnight. The only reason this situation was eventually resolved was because Booking stepped in and handled it, not the hosts. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable. The hosts failed to provide the most basic service they were supposed to offer and then failed to take responsibility when things went wrong. Avoid if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

Good to know

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
