Spectacular view from sea Tower
Liked: Great Beach View from 7th floor seatower spacious room/ studio Big balcony
Disliked: Several things in kitchen and bathroom would need repair I‘d gotten several messages beforehand offering help, Information and offers, but when I replied and asked for it i never got any answers. Also when finally asking at reception directly after arriving they didn’t know or wasn’t possible. No room service from the restaurant Just chamomile and Green tea in the room and black tea not possible
Hotel needs better food services & vending machine for people to get something if they hungry at night

I had an urgent requirement to press my military uniform and required an iron and a suitable room to do so at short notice. Your receptionist not only attended to my request promptly but went the extra mile to ensure I was assisted and settled comfortably. Her professionalism, initiative, and genuine willingness to help reflect very positively on your hotel's service standards. Staff who take ownership like this make a real difference to guests, especially those of us travelling on duty. Please convey my gratitude to her, and I would appreciate it if this commendation could be noted in her record. Her name was Receptionist Name - Marta Carvalho.
