Exceptional
Liked: We loved the location, the size of the apartment, and the wonderful patio with views of the harbour. It was spotless and quiet and easy to find. Easy to walk to everything in the downtown. We really like Setubal and would definitely stay here on a future trip.
Disliked: This isn't a big deal but the parking garage is a bit tricky to manoeuvre in so we ended up putting our car on the street but having the garage is a good safe option and a small car would have no problem.

Care and Attention would do wonders!
Disliked: This was my second stay at this property this time for one night, after staying several nights last year. Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment has severely declined, to a point that raises serious health concerns. The property is located in an unpleasant neighborhood, and walking around at night is not recommended. However, the bigger issue is the level of cleanliness and maintenance. The apartment has a strong odor of mold and dampness. The air conditioner filter is black with dirt and mold, spreading contaminated air when turned on. The wall near the sliding door to the balcony is covered with mold, and the sofa upholstery smells of sweat. The kitchen is equipped with old and damaged cookware, including peeling Teflon pots that pose a potential health hazard, along with greasy and sticky utensils. Using the kitchen in this state is simply unhygienic. These are serious sanitary problems that require immediate action. It’s a real shame, because the apartment itself is spacious, well-designed, and could be an excellent place to stay, if properly cleaned and maintained with care and attention.

Liked: Great place, great location, very comfortable. Easy communication with the host, very responsive. Very nice to have private parking in the garage. Easy for a small car, could be a challenge if you have a large car.
