  Very good apartment, sadly the swimming pool was closed in june

  Nice apartment by the beach

  Liked: Nice apartment just by the beach. With parking and common pool.

  Disliked: No common bathroom. Pool needs regular cleaning, was dirty.

  Not worth the money, amazing location but disappointing facilities

  Liked: Great location, good size apartment

  Disliked: Not worth the money, the pool was not maintained properly, the accesses with the card were not working, not enough shadows. The apartment was big but the cleaning was not great. The kitchen utensils were burnt/old. Bathroom was in need of maintenance, everything was rusty and not well maintained. So much dust.. would expect better cleaning for the price charged. We love Troia and would love to come back soon but not for the same facilities for sure.

Please note that the apartments are fully equipped and guests will be charged for any damages made in the apartments.

Please note that cleaning is included every two days. Daily cleaning is available at an extra cost, please contact the hotel directly for arrangements.

Please note that until May, check-in takes place at the reception of The Anchor Hotel (Alameda do Zambujeiro, 7570-789 GDL).

From May onwards, check-in will be at the Troia Welcome Center (Alameda do Salgueiro, 7570-789).

After 10pm, you will need to go to The Anchor Hotel (Alameda do Zambujeiro, 7570-789 GDL).

All reservations except non refundable must be paid at check-in. Guests requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking.

Please note that invoices cannot be changed after they are emitted. The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay.

Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check-in at the hotel.

Please note that in the event that you cannot produce the same credit card the hotel reserve the right to ask for an alternative method of payment.
