Worse and dirtiest place I´ve eveer been

Disliked: This was by far the worst and most unhygienic accommodation experience I have ever had, and I am very surprised that this property is listed on Booking.com. When we arrived at approximately 5:00 PM, the apartment had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests. The bed was unmade, used towels were left on the floor, the kitchen was dirty, and, most concerning of all, there were more than ten dead cockroaches on the floor, with some still moving. We immediately contacted the property owner, who asked us to wait approximately 1.5 hours before someone could come and clean the apartment. We did not cancel the reservation immediately because we had already paid for the stay and there were no suitable alternatives available in the area at such short notice. After returning to the apartment following the cleaning, we found another cockroach, which I personally had to kill. The following morning, we discovered two more cockroaches in the apartment. This clearly indicates that the infestation issue was not resolved and that the property was not fit for guests. Picture attached are from when we arrived.
