Exceptional
Nice villa but requires maintenance
Liked: We loved the Villa's location on top of the hill with view on Setùbal port. It has nice gardens and plenty of space. The architecture is cute and has Portuguese of charm especially the blue tiles at the stairs.
Disliked: The house is clearly old and needs lots of renovations. The bathrooms are not up to date. Some sinks, mainly in the upper floor weren't working properly, doors needed to be fixed. We were a group of 10 but were handed only one key, including one remote to open the gate, which was not practical. The check in and check out process were not well organized. We were kept waiting for check in, and no one showed up for check out, so we had to keep the keys inside and literally run out before the gate closes so we don't get stuck inside. The villa location is great but a bit tough to access, the road leading to the villa could use some maintenance because it can be dangerous especially at night.
