Good
Liked: The house itself. We booked for 3 nights but stayed only one unfortunately due to the lack of hot water. So disappointing
Disliked: Vita Luxe is a beautiful and well-presented home, but our stay was ruined by serious issues. The boiler didn’t work, so we were forced to take cold showers and then relocated. The new place was a clear downgrade — despite the view, it had accessibility problems (stairs before the lift), a terrible sewage smell (especially in the ensuite), and was completely uncomfortable. I had to sleep in the living room, and we left early. Customer service was slow and unhelpful. This was not the experience we paid for.
Liked: The apartment is modern, spacious, and only a few minutes to the beach and old town by foot.
Disliked: Unfortunately when we arrived the power outlets in the appartment were not working, and we did not have warm water to shower. We did contact the staff and they sent over an electrician that was able to resolve the problem. The appartment still has a strong smell of new paint. Another problem we encountered was that there is a club next door to the appartment, which goes on with very loud music until 6am, making it impossible to sleep.
Very good except for the very loud noise at night coming from a nearby bar/nightclub
Disliked: For those who expect to have a very good night's sleep, you should wear ear protectors, as you can clearly hear the loud music from a bar/nightclub near the apartment until very late. Apart from that the apartment is excellent.
New and spacious apartment. Good for family stay
Liked: Very clean and new. Looks exactly the same as the pictures on website.
Disliked: Seems like the electricity capacity is not enough to support multiple appliances operated at the same time. We experienced 4 instants of power outage in 6 nights stay. It usually happened when we have electric stove, oven and air-conditioning (heater) turned on.
