  Liked: Very nice, modern and well equipped apartment.

  Disliked: Small touches like tea, coffee capsules, or disposable slippers were missing, which would have made the stay more comfortable.

  Disliked: Here’s a polished and firm review/complaint version you can send to the host or to Booking.com Support: Dear Host / Booking. The apartment had multiple serious deficiencies, including: * strong smell of mold, moisture, and mustiness * generally unclean condition * missing duvet covers and incomplete bedding upon arrival * hairs on the duvets * worn and damaged furniture * heavily used furniture surfaces, especially chairs with cracked and worn upholstery * a sagging and uncomfortable sofa * deformed and damaged furniture, including the TV cabinet * missing balcony furniture despite being shown/listed * swollen and damaged flooring caused by moisture * worn skirting boards/baseboards * wallpaper peeling off the walls * yellowed and aged lamps * cobwebs on and around the wardrobe * an overall aged, poorly maintained, and neglected condition of the apartment The actual condition of the apartment clearly does not correspond to the description and photos presented in the listing. After I reported the missing bedding, duvet covers were delivered the following day. However, there was no further response or reaction regarding the other reported issues, and no compensation or refund was offered. Due to the hygiene concerns and the poor overall condition, the quality and comfort of the stay were significantly impaired.

  Great trip! Wish we had stayed longer!

  Liked: Location was perfect. Apartment was clean, comfortable, and stocked with all we needed. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. Washing machine a bonus!

  Disliked: Honestly, it was quite nice, and I can't think of anything with which we were dissatisfied of disappointed. I will say that right behind the apartment is a Catholic school soccer field, and the students were all on Easter break when we were there, but it is possible that noise MIGHT be an issue occasionally when they are in session.

  Liked: New clean apartment with lots of natural light.

  Disliked: WARNING Fishermen's Trail walkers: A big problem for us was the lack of cooperation between the hotel and the luggage transfer company. By Umbral hotel didn't agree to give the key box access to the luggage transfer company, therefore we had to walk 1km to the reception and carry our luggage both ways.
