  Perfect for us and our dogs, no view but only a short walk to see the stunning area views!

  Liked: The location was great, there is no parking which confused us as our confirmation said we got a parking spot even though when I went back and checked, the listing did say parking not available! It wasn't an issue as it was a quiet time but sure it's a bit of a headache in busy times. The apartment is great, well kitted out kitchen and facilities and plenty of space to cook and eat. We absolutely loved the town of Milfontes, so stunning and beautiful (the weather helped - we had wall to wall sunshine the whole time (mid/late October) The apartment is close to everything so easy to leave the car parked and walk around the town, there is a Great little ice cream shop and supermarkets a very short walk away. We took the ferry across to the other side of the estuary which was lovely sitting on deserted beaches looking back on the town of Milfontes. We will definitely return to this area, our favourite in the whole of portugal (so far from Porto heading south)

  Disliked: There was a fair bit of noise from all the properties around as they are all so close, and scaffolding on the neighbouring houses right above the lovely little courtyard, but this is town living and did not bother us too much. Would perhaps have been nice to know that the work was happening as we felt we had to keep the blinds down for privacy which made the apartment quite dark despite the beautiful weather outside.

  Great stay!

  Liked: Great location. Spacious. Well-equipped kitchen.

  Disliked: The only minor negative is that the freezer is in the basement and not in the kitchen.
