  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Lisbon! Everything was absolutely fine. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent, with great access to public transport, making it very easy to explore the city. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Lisbon!

  Good stay, no real problems but it felt budget

  Liked: Location was great for beach and some lovely restaurants. Staff were friendly and it was clean.

  Disliked: Glad we weren't there in summer as no aircon. Shower in one of our rooms was hanging off. Banging of doors/talking in the stairwell carries easily into the rooms.

  Old room and dangerous masseur

  Liked: Location

  Disliked: Two things: - The room is too old and poorly furnished for the price they charge. Over 150 euros per night, it's too much for this kind of room even in peak season. - they offer you masseur service (they make clear is a service of the hotel but nevertheless they provide you with their flyer and the services done within the hotel facilities). They shouldn't do it before validating this kind of service. We hired a masseur called Viaura. She has with her a male masseur that is a very dangerous apprentice: 1) they don't speak a single word of English, Portuguese or Spanish. They claim to come from a place in Portugal and they are from Russia or similar. It's very important that they can communicate a bit with their clients so that they can be aware of previous injuries; they should actually ask for them and in this case they didn't ask nor were able to understand a word. 2) he doesn't know a single bit of anatomy and actually he didn't know how different places of the body have to be treated. I tried to communicate in the beginning previous injuries so that he could be more careful with them and he didn't even listen. He reopened a muscle break The hotel shouldn't give any flyers of massage services, nor provide a room within the hotel for them, if these services are not only not good enough but also actually dangerous for the client
