  Room fine, location and check in need clarity

  Liked: Decent sized room and good bathroom with bath. Staff at check in hotel very friendly. Lots of animals including peacocks on view from the room.

  Disliked: Unsuitable road into place for a normal car - dirt track only suitable for 4 wheel drive. Check in very confusing as had to check in at a different hotel - 20 mins drive away. Various extra charges advertised on arrival. No common areas to use for food/drink etc.

  Disliked: No sounds insulation between rooms. We were constantly woken up by people in the nearby rooms. Outdated facilities.

  Disliked: Check in is so far away. In a Hotel at many kilometers away. During the ckek in was charged more 16,50€ for the petm This value I never seen before, when I reserved and paid. The price is to high. About 200€ for a night

  Lovely animals for the kids, but overpriced for what you get — uncomfortable beds, an unswimmable pool and unusable WiFi

  Liked: The variety of animals is interesting and a real draw for young children. Breakfast was fine, good choice of fruits.

  Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable, and the pool wasn’t clean enough for us to feel happy letting a small child swim. WiFi was effectively unusable: connect more than one device and we couldn’t even look up a restaurant for dinner. Reception for check-in is almost 20 minutes from the farm itself, and the access road is very rough. The animal feeding times we were given at reception were wrong. Worth knowing too that the horses aren’t part of the property so they’re booked separately, which wasn’t clear upfront
