  Superb

  Liked: Nice spacious villa in a quiet side road, clean, well-equipped and with a small bright courtyard garden and outside grill. Easy street parking. Great for a stay or base in Milfontes. Go straight to the beach front hotel in the instructions a short drive away to check in and collect keys.

  Disliked: Perfectly adequate spacious 3 bedroom villa. Would stay again.

  Fine...nothing to do with the hosts

  Liked: Once in the accommodation it was fine. In fact the facilities were good all things considered

  Disliked: The beds were not made to any kind of standard. The kitchen was under equipped, no bottle opener, 1 wine glass in a house for 6 people...4 plates bowls etc in a house for 6 people, We were 4, so no issue BUT it seems to show that the company is doing the minimum. To get a bottle opener, we called, sorry out of hours...to the 24hr hotline.....next day house keeping came but no one delivered what we requested, as no one had been told, So I went to the reception to collect an opner....told to go the bar, not asked, told. As I left the reception was staffed by four people, all on their phones and no one asked if my issue had been resolved. I have written an official complaint in the red book. Wold I go back? Maybe but I would be prepared, please issue guide lines as to what people should bring/expect. Simple things are 50/50 salt and pepper etc, but this is where airb&b has a huge competitive edge.

  Great Stay

  Liked: Dunas group sent messages leading up to our visit with all the details as to picking up the key for the property from their hotel and a link get there. We found the property no problem. It's a 4min drive from picking the keys up. The villa itself is lovely. It's in a very quiet area. It was very clean. Loved the little touches of a shower cap, shower gel and soap being left, plenty of it too. Beds very comfortable and nice bedding. Back garden was nice, with a bbq and washing up area. Very private. It's got a microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Coffee was left to use.

  Disliked: Only a few little things which could be put right so easily. The kitchen cupboards smelt damp. Theres a lemon tree outside cut one in half and place it in the cupboard. When the property isnt being used leave the doors open. The TV in the lounge. Theres 4 remotes. We tried everything to get it to work but just couldn't get past NO SIGNAL. There should be instructions left. No internet or maybe there is but no password. There was only one wine glass, 4 tumblers, mugs, bowls but lots of plates. The property sleeps 6 so not good.
