  Scam

Disliked: There was no working airco. The remote control was missing. We asked for it but never got a reply. We had to leave the windows open to lower the temperature. After some rain they charged us the €200 that we had to pay as a deposit (they did not inform us about this). They told us the floor was damaged because of the rain. But even after that we did not get any help for the airco. So in the end we paid €200,- extra for this hotel without airco. Oh and there is definitely no 4 beds in a room. 3 max. The couch is not suitable for a person to sleep on.

Comfortable and well-equipped apartment in the outskirts of Madrid, staff were lovely

Liked: Ángel handed the keys over to us and was very helpful and friendly. Apartment had everything we needed for a 2-night stay, and the beds were very comfortable. It was within a 2 minute walk from a small town square which felt much less touristy than the city centre, and offered a range of locations to eat. The apartment was also very close to the metro, and it only took around 20 mins to reach the city centre

Disliked: The apartment was a little far from the city centre- however, it was an easy journey in and we enjoyed the quieter nature of the outskirts compared to the louder centre, particularly in terms of getting a good night’s sleep! There is also an additional fee to drop off luggage before 16:00

Great location, spotless and handy for staying close to airpor

Liked: Was a great location close to the airport. Apartment was exceptionally clean and the staff were super friendly. It’s walkable from the airport with the help of google maps - took me about 20 mins. Very close to town square where there is a good selection of decent restaurants and cafes. The area felt safe.

Disliked: Suited my needs (business) so. Irving negative to report at all.
