My family & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Leon

Liked: Hotel room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. Walking distance to the old town and centre of Leon. Served a good breakfast with nice selection. Bonus car parking.

Room is clean, comfortable and conveniently located to airport

Liked: Room was comfortable and fairly quiet, shuttle was convenient. Breakfast buffet had nice variety.

Disliked: Receptionists were not very welcoming, not friendly- I believe Laura checked us in. Did not explain that bar, dinner, and shuttle were next door.

Indifferent service made this stay disappointing compared with our other hotel experiences

Disliked: Reception staff were indifferent and inattentive, chatting with each other during check-in without explaining breakfast or Wi-Fi. The room-number Wi-Fi login did not work, so we had to ask for help. Staff were equally indifferent at check-out. The service fell well below that of other hotels we stayed at.
