Liked: Pick up From Airport was good. Nothing at the hotel for food but vending machine. In an industrial area so not much around. We had to wait to book airport shuttle when we arrived and then the shuttle was full, so we had to get a taxi.

  Disliked: Shuttle. Staff. Location.

Great place for an overnight to rest before your flight

Liked: Room immaculate, but no place to hand clothes or to put bar of soap in the shower. The location/industrial area looks very scary upon arrival (dark street and I arrived late in the evening) but the hotel is great! As is the hotel shuttle service. Note: If arriving to Madrid via train, take the connecting local train to the airport and catch the hotel shuttle. A taxi ride from train station to hotel is $46 euros. BE SURE to tell taxi driver the hotel is nearer to the airport and NOT in Madrid!

Liked: It was close to the airport and shuttle service to and from the airport was included. The room was modern and comfortable.

Disliked: The drawback was the location. It is in an industrial area. The one restaurant was closed so that left fast food as the option for dinner. I ended up eating a protein bar I had with me.

Airport shuttle is easy, fast and free. A comfortable place to stay close to airport

Liked: The airport shuttle was very convenient. As soon as I collected my luggage, I called the hostel and they helped me get to the right location and picked me up within 15 minutes. The shuttle was on time in the morning alleviating any pre-flight anxieties.

Disliked: Nothing to note. It was perfect for one night close to the airport
