We tolerated the conditions because it was only a 1 night stay and was close to airport

Liked: It was close to airport.

Disliked: Wi-Fi never worked, we given excuses about router location. The rugs in the rooms were threadbare, not very clean. The bedspreads were old and did not look frequently washed. The refrigerator in the room did not work and smelled of mold. The furniture in the lobby was also threadbare.

A great comfortable stay, staff very helpful

Liked: Well situated for public transport and the Airport… Very easy to find restaurants and bars, lovely square around the corner and lovely bakery across the road.

  Disliked: Nothing

The biggest issue for me was the lack of Wify. Otherwise suited me fine as a place just to sleep

Liked: close to airport, not far from Metro, easy to get into town (but took 40 - 45 min), safe area, staff lovely

Disliked: Wify did not work at all, no restaurant in hotel (but places nearby), and could have done with desk or table on which to work

Great, would love to come stay again!

Liked: It was a really cozy hotel, situated in a cozy part of Madrid. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean. The staff was really kind and helpful.

Disliked: It was a-bit old, but I didn’t mind that personally. There is no breakfast offered at the hotel, however there is an amazing bakery right across the street, so it wasn’t an issue.

  Never again

Liked: Nothing. I do not recommend this hotel for any traveller.

Disliked: The heat did not work in the room we were given. The staff initially told us we did not know how to operate the thermostat. They finally agreed to switch us to a different room. The rooms are outdated. The beds are uncomfortable.

Great value hotel close to the airport, great staff, good restaurants bear by

Liked: Great location for an early morning flight, staff are superb, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms spacious, shower very good.

Disliked: Beds are a little on the firm side, not far away from needing an upgrade. Decor a bit dated and a little worn, but on a value for money equation it is first rate
