  Liked: Good hotel for long connections, close to the airport. The staff is awesome! Great service. There was a bad smell in my roomfrom the bathroom, I complained and they gave me a different room imiddiately.

  Disliked: The breakfest was not worth it.

  The environment is serene and neat

  Liked: The location of this hotel is close to the airport and makes it easy for short stay for transit or business in Madrid.

  Disliked: There are two single beds in which keeps shifting apart instead of one double size bed.

  Liked: Location and food amenities

  Disliked: The A/C did not change in our room. We tried to get it lowered but it would not. This was the only hotel in 2.5 weeks of travel in Spain where the thermostat wouldn’t adjust. We were too tired (and in bed) to get up and go downstairs to talk to someone. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. But with the heavy duvet and stuffy room, the A/C was necessary to get cooler. However, we both woke up with stuffy noses and gritty eyes. So maybe the A/C not working stronger was to our benefit. We felt that it wasn’t a clean A/C unit. Because once we showered we felt better.

  Liked: The airport shuttle service was excellent and very cheap. The check in process was quick and efficient. The bar service was good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the vending machine options for food and coffee were good.

  Objetos perdidos que no se devuelven

  Disliked: Me quede en una habitacion tan solo una noche, el dia antes de coger un vuelo. Me olvide un objeto personal muy importante en el baño, el cual me dijeron que no estaba. Entiendo que el servicio de limpieza al encontrarlo decidió tirarlo a la basura directamente, supone menos trabajo que hacer las cosas bien en intentar devolverselo al cliente. Ese es el servicio que ofrecen.
