Liked: Zero
Disliked: The property was extremely difficult to find, and upon arrival we faced immediate issues — we had to climb all the way to the 5th floor as lift did not work. The place was filthy, unsafe, and frankly shocking: live electrical cables were sticking out of the walls, uneven floors created a serious trip hazard, and there were stains everywhere. The bedding was covered in human hair and debris, while every surface felt sticky and grimy. The only redeeming feature was the air conditioning — otherwise it felt like a run-down squat. We couldn’t stay at all, and immediately booked into a hotel nearby instead. The pictures on Booking.com are far from accurate. Very,very misleading.
If you can find another place get it
Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: Mold in bedroom and bathroom (Stachybotrys chartarum and ozonium) leaking gutters intersect is adding to the problem. Elevator only worked once. Walked 6 flights 4x. We are both in our 70s.
Pass on this property and stay somewhere else
Liked: Very easy check-in, especially since we booked last minute. The bed was pretty comfy. Nice location as well.
Disliked: The place was pretty dirty. We arrived fairly late after a long day of driving and had some food that we wanted to prepare. The dishes were stuck together, and there was a plate full of food that had been left in the microwave, which was SO disgusting. The floors were filthy - I don't normally wear shoes in the house, and my socks were almost black after walking around for a short time. My husband had hot water for his first shower, however, I wasn't able to get any hot water at all, that evening or the next morning. The price was low, however the experience was so unpleasant that it was still too expensive for what we recieved.

Disliked: It was dirty and the sheets were smelly. The window was break it!

Room for improvement
Liked: The location is very good for visiting the city and particularly the nightlife. However, there are a number of bars in the street directly below the apartment which are very noisy and stay open till 2am during the week and 4am at weekends and on holidays! Huge, very comfortable bed!
Disliked: Very noisy at night. Little attention paid to minor details - broken toilet seat; lounge lamp not working; no hand or dish towels; no food preparation area or sink for washing dishes; "balcony" filthy and unusable. Our stay got off to a bad start anyway, as it was impossible to contact the owner either by email or phone until 15 minutes before 3pm check-in time; despite the fact that we had asked in advance if we could check in at 2pm and were not told that we couldn't. Most frustratingly, we wandered around for around 45 minutes (until owner finally responded) trying to find the building as the booking provides only a street name, but no number, (it's No13).
