Disliked: The overall quality of this property was appalling. The room amenities and facilities were unclean upon arrival. The room was freezing cold with inadequate heating; when reported, staff promised a solution by the next day, but the room remained unheated throughout my stay. Soundproofing is practically nonexistent—you can clearly hear conversations and even phone vibrations from the neighboring room as if there are no walls. To top it all off, the showerhead kept spinning uncontrollably, requiring it to be held by hand during the shower. Had I known the formal reporting procedures or had the time, I would have pursued an official complaint. I strongly advise fellow travelers to avoid this hotel.

Good breakfast, convenient for the city, slightly faded glory!
Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly. Secure parking and several EV chargers in the garage. At breakfast there was a choice of milk to cater for non dairy and dairy preferences and a good choice of hot and cold dishes. A fridge in the room. The room was spacious with quite a comfortable bed. A useful lift from the parking garage to the rooms. There's a bar/cafe in the hotel so we could get hot drinks to take back to the room. Easy walk into the centre of the city which has many bars, restaurants and shops. A small supermarket nearby.
Disliked: Sound proofing between rooms isn't great. We could hear our neighbours and their shower and toilets! No coffee and tea making or bottled water. The bath was over the shower. The hotel is clean and tidy but rather old fashioned in it's decor and facilities.
Liked: Good Hotel, clean, comfy, good location, I like that it has an underground carpark.
