Guest reviews
Fabulous
disappointed with the rundown state of the hotel
Disliked: Being told I was silly to book via booking. com as the hotel direct price was 13 euros cheaper. the bathroom had broken tiles at floor level inviting anything to crawl in, the shower was coated in black mould around the walls at floor level, there was a fridge stuck in the room which was switching on and off regularly through the night, the air conditioner would not blow cold, breakfast fruit was way past its best. I also noticed black stained grouting on the entrance to the dining room and the radiator in the hall was stained with rust. Altogether the hotel, where we have stayed many times in the past, has been allowed to drop the high standard it has had previously which was a total disappointment to me. I shall not be using this hotel in future
Good location but needs air con switching on
Liked: It’s location, bars close by, good breakfast
Disliked: Air conditioning not switched on so room was very hot to sleep in. Mattress therefore smelt sweaty. Broken tiles in bathroom, mould round shower seal
Liked: The room is clean. The location is perfect for university-related stay.
Disliked: But the bed linens look rather worn out.
Liked: Parking close, clean
Disliked: Very expensive
Liked: Nice location and easy to park the car, they were dog friendly
Disliked: single long pillow on double bed was uncomfortable and the inner pillow was not clean
