  Liked: Good to be within walking distance of town centre and churreria next door was good for breakfast. Flat was generally comfortable.

  Disliked: There are a few problems: lack of enough mugs for all guests, no blankets provided although quite cold and the door of the second double bedroom doesn’t shut. Also the lining of the sink in the smaller bathroom is cracked. No soap provided. When messaged, the host did respond and bought extra mugs, said we could use the central heating.

  Liked: The location, the silence in the street.

  Disliked: Its not that cleaned as i expected. There is a lot of marked & dust in the single mirror. The floor & at the bathroom glass is not not also clean.

  Practical place to stay over night, not to spend all day in

  Liked: Laura was very friendly and helpful host. Self-checkin was practical. The place was spacious and had 2 bathrooms. Well equipped with oven, dishwasher, laundry machine and dryer. WiFi worked well. Bedrooms get very dark with persianas. Central AC (though it’s same in every room, no individual settings). Walking distance to the old town and 2 bigger supermarkets (Dia) 5 mins away.

  Disliked: Kitchen: There was very little dishes for 5 people (we were only 3, but had to run the dishwasher twice a day). Small breakfast bowls and a salad bowl or bigger oven dish were totally missing. Freezer drawers were a bit dirty. Bedrooms: The bed frames were making noise every time you turned, the mattresses were comfy though. Pillows were flat. Xurros place under the windows opens very early (like 6am) and customers smoke and have (loud) conversations outside. Terrace: it was dirty and not decorated or furnished to spend time outside. It smelled like cigarettes, and I think this would be only for that purpose, not to eat or chill. Bathrooms: sinks were not draining well. Doors didn’t close (lock not to even mention) Both shower gels were empty. No hand soap. Over all: the renovation looks nice, but has been done quickly using cheap options. All door handles and locks were loose or didn’t work at all. Lots of unfinished details in the ceiling etc.

  Great location out of the city but near the airport

  Liked: Good location to airport. Lots of space. Very clean. Great facilities Beautiful luxury apartment

  Disliked: Host wasn’t very responsive. Just received the automated messages. Maybe because it was the weekend? Mattress was a bit hard. Large Crack in one of the wash basins looks not nice. Lounge only seats 3 but there is enough room for a bigger lounge so seat 4

  Modern, quiet, spacious

  Liked: A beautiful, spacious, and impeccably maintained apartment that is fully equipped with everything you need. Having a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer was a massive plus for our longer stay! The location is perfect—right by the historic center, which is an amazing place to spend an afternoon wandering, enjoying incredible Spanish food, and soaking up the local vibe. We absolutely loved our time here and highly recommend it!

  Disliked: One important tip for drivers: Street parking in this area is a major challenge due to how crowded Madrid has become. Unfortunately, our car ended up getting scratched while parked on a nearby side street, which was a real downer. If you're driving, we highly recommend looking into a local parking garage instead. Hint for the host: Partnering with a nearby garage or investing in a dedicated parking spot in the future would make this 5-star stay absolutely perfect!

  Disliked: For those without local internet/phone service, recommend completing the electronic check in procedure before getting to the apt.
