  Better as it was affordable

  Liked: Kitchen, cos I could cook. Though the power tripped the second day, it kept on tripping, especially when using all the stove plates

  Lovely Apartment

  Liked: The location is very good, near old town, especially Alcala University, just 5 minutes walking distance. Next door is a cafe bar, Carrefour supermarket is on pace distance. The room is spacious, divided into different function areas, equipped with washing machine which is very convenience for travelers. The decoration is interesting. The kitchen provide basic cooking items, one can cook food.

  Disliked: 1. Tea bag is prepared in apartment, but there is no electric hot water pot. 2. Communication needs to be improved, since most of message send to us are Spanish, which is difficult for us. Also the some notes & signs in the room written in Spanish, prefer to add English.

  Great location, very clean

  Liked: The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. The heating was excellent. Great service when I was unable to open the lockbox.

  Disliked: The lockbox being difficult to open. The power in the whole apartment went off twice, even though we were only running a few things. Fortunately I knew to just flick the correct switch to get things going again, but it could be a major problem for someone who doesn't know how to solve this.
