  We enjoyed our visit, were impressed by the beautiful city and met interesting people

  Liked: It was a beautifully decorated apartment with a comfortable bed, warm shower and a delightful host who was very informative and helpful.

  Disliked: We were traveling without a car and the location wasn't as central to things as we had hoped it ight be. If you are traveling by car, no problem.

  Perfect all around!

  Liked: Maribel is a wonderful and accommodating host who has thought of everything! She has equipped the apartment with anything you might need for a comfortable stay, as well as eclectic and interesting historical artifacts, books, and images of the town. Not only that, but it is immaculate! You can feel Maribel's love for Alcalá de Henares. We're so glad we had the opportunity to visit this lovely town—and sample its wonderful bakeries!

  Disliked: No complaints. We could hear neighbors in the building, but it wasn't bothersome at all. That is just apartment life!

  A hidden gem

  Liked: An excellent apartment, created with great love and care for the guests. All the details can be seen in the photos. It's very pleasant to be in this atmosphere. I would especially like to highlight the convenient entrance from the street and the presence of everything you might need in the kitchen, including spices, oil, coffee, tea, delicious pastries, and drinks in the fridge. The bed is comfortable. The plumbing is excellent. Hot water is available:-). The street is quiet. As for the downsides, I would mention the noise from the neighboring entrance door — unfortunately, it can be heard and slightly disrupts a comfortable sleep.
