Good price/location in a busy bar street

Liked: The flat is reasonably sized and the bedding is quite comfortable -- I greatly appreciated the mid-hard mattress. The flat faces the position of rising sun and gets pretty bright. The location of the flat is very central. This might only be inconvenient if you are noise sensitive, as the flat turned to a very lively (read: noisy) street by nighttime. From the flat you are 1 km away from the river bank where it is beautiful to have early jogging.

Disliked: l am a sensory sensitive person and two aspects have been unpleasant. The first concerns cleanliness. Overall, while the flat was tidy, significant surfaces were covered in dust deposited overtime (not just a few days). I have worked in the cleaning sector and pay particular attention to this. Especially the entrance and staircases to the flat would deserve a bit more care. The lowest point about cleanliness concerns the amount of cigarette butts found in the dustpan. The stink was not immediately clear, hidden inside the cleaning closet and disguised by the room fragrances. Leaving cleaning tools in such a state is not signing careful maintenance. The second aspect concerns the amount of room fragrance for such a small space (and which I promptly covered in a plastic bag).
