Very good
Poor first impressions
Liked: The server who runs breakfast by herself is amazing, polite and a delight. The bed was very comfy and I had a lovely view.
Disliked: When Spain was playing football, the service was abysmal. We couldn’t even get a beer or wine. The staff were very distracted, made lots of mistakes and seemed to forget they were running a hotel. Plus my room was really far away, so it was a long walk to and from the pool.
Was good. especial the pool. As it was extra hot - Weather

Perfect stop-over
Liked: Convenient stop-over; staff extremely obliging. Secure parking. Nice pool. Good food.
Disappointed
Liked: Rooms are very spacious and cleaned to a good standard. Balcony and view are a good bonus. Bar staff were friendly. Fresh orange juice at breakfast was very nice
Disliked: First impressions the manager of reception was very unwelcoming and rude. Said check in wasn’t until 3 yet continued to check us in and wasn’t a problem as it was 2:30pm. Wanted to sit around the pool area as I was aware the pool itself wasn’t open (pool was dirty and filthy anyway) and Maria Jose was very rude saying that we couldn’t sit by the pool as there was no life guards. Tried to tell her we didn’t want to swim and she kept saying no. Girl at the bar with braces said we could and was very friendly. 4 star hotel with 2 star food options. Would not say this is a 4 star hotel at all. Breakfast and dinner options very limited. Think the staff are only interested if you are a business man or hosting/attending an event at the hotel. Considering we paid over 1,000€’s for our stay, I was very disappointed and will not be coming back. WiFi is terrible
