Liked: I appreciated the fact complimentary coffee was offered. Also, the instructions to get to the apartment were very clear. The bathroom was comfortable.

Disliked: The wall insulation was poor; we could hear everything happening in the apartment next door and the different neighbours ( other booking apartment) were boisterous. In addition, some items were missing, such as cutlery and dishcloths.

Liked: The apartment was very clean and in a great location near the train station to Madrid. It was a short walk to the centre of Alcala. Overall a very nice apartment and would happily stay there again.

Disliked: The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from next door.
