  Very disappointing stay

Liked: Location was good and comfortable bed

Disliked: Booked a suite and really not impressed, had bat or rat droppings on the balcony and table each day, the shower was broken and sockets loose. After paying £356 for 2 nights was left very disappointed, this is a 4 star hotel but have stayed in better 2 star hotels, only the reception/lobby rates 4 stars and not the rooms.

Liked: While the staff were helpful, we expected better from the hotel overall. No poolside snack/drinks bar. No bar at all that we could find. Wi fi never worked, despite staff constantly resetting it. Not helpful when trying to arrange our onward journey. The gardens are generally tired, including the balcony off of our suite.

If you are visiting La Mancha, there is no place to stay like Intelier (especially during summer…). Awesome

Liked: Nice bright hotel foyer. Big bathroom. Walter on reception was excellent. Manager wouldn't leave his office to talk to us about our issues. Junior suite is a bit tired, especially the balcony. Broken balcony furniture. No pool bar. No inside bar. The gardens are unkempt. The gym is tiny. WiFi not working anywhere in the building. This was quite important for us as we were trying to plan our onward journey.
