Stay away!
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: We stayed for one night, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. The room was dirty, with dirt on the walls and an unclean toilet. We contacted reception, but were told there was no cleaning staff available and no alternative room to move us to. We also requested compensation, but were simply told that they do not offer any. Not even a proper apology or any attempt to make things right. Absolutely appalling customer service and a complete lack of responsibility. We will not be returning. Stay away!
Excellent, comfortable and convenient living
Liked: Modern and comfortable, good facilities.
Disliked: Could have been slightly cleaner. No big issue though.
Disliked: The room wasn't very clean there was rest of food (noodles) in several places across the bathroom and living area.

Disliked: The swimming pool was closed. Temp in Madrid was 30 degrees, so a swim would have been great!
For my wife and I, as far as tourism,closer to the inner city would have been better city would’ve been better for us
Liked: Has everything you need? Access to Subway was not far away.
Disliked: At times, it was very warm in the apartment and the air conditioning was not working
