  Disappointed

  Liked: The room was large and clean. We had a view over the pool. The check in was quick and easy and the receptionist was friendly.

  Disliked: I have mobility issues due to problems with my hip and knee and it was extremely difficult to get into the bath to have a shower. The member of staff at breakfast the first morning was not helpful at all. He took our payment for two breakfasts without informing us that breakfast was ending in 10 minutes. We paid €14 each but only had time to have a bowl of cereal and a coffee. The breakfast items were cleared at exactly 10am. We also found out that the pool was closed and we could not even use the sunbeds which were still around the pool area.😡😡😡

  Nice and reasonably priced compared to staying right in Valencia

  Liked: Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful, but possess limited English language skills.

  Disliked: Parking is free but the lot can be full and the spots are very very tight. Better to park your rented car on the street. Restaurant was okay: the hamburger was served in an appetizing presentation until I took the first bite only to find that it was literally raw, not just pink but raw (red) ground beef! I asked for it to be cooked again and it came back rare.

  Liked: Absolutely Nothing, as the room was filled with antes 🐜 and small insects in the bathroom!!!!!

  Disliked: This location does NOT deserve 3 stars at all, therefore, its vey high price per night is not worth. In my opinion this place should be considered as a Motel but neve ever as a Hotel. And those who rate this place with positive comments is a clear indication that those individuals have never seen other horels and this was their 1st stay at a hotel.

  Liked: Nice swimming pool and

  Disliked: Cleanliness was missing. The first room they gave me still had garbage from previous guest in the bins. In the second one I found a beetle and only at the third change it was OK.
