Good
The staff deserve to be working in a better hotel
Liked: The female staff member I dealt with (I didn’t get her name) was excellent. Perfect English and more than helpful.
Disliked: Unfortunately, this property is let down by its paper thin walls. I was unfortunate enough to have a Spanish family gathering staying on the fourth floor where I was and to say they had a lack of regard for the other residents is an understatement. Loud as to be bad mannered in the extreme. I think staff finally had a word with them at midnight when they only began to settle down.. really disgraceful. Not exactly the fault of the hotel but if they had some insulation in the walls, it might have helped.
A lot of positives but terrible bed!
Liked: Location was excellent and staff very nice. Our room was warm and clean.
Disliked: Terrible bed. Mattress was very poor and far too hard. Slept badly, it was a shame because we liked the hotel and its staff.
Disliked: The walls are very thin, so neighbors’ talking and snoring are easily heard. The breakfast buffet is very basic.
Good location to the square bars & restaurants
Liked: A lovely lady in reception greeted us kindly. Our bikes safely stored in a room to the side of the hotel. Nice reception area with amazing wood ceiling & tiling. The room was comfortable & clean, & a large terrace. No a.c but a ceiling fan & window open to keep the night cool. Comfortable beds. Great variety breakfast included

Liked: An excellently located hotel right in the centre of town close to all the essential amenities. The reception staff were so helpful and we rated them very highly helping us at every juncture. Parking was offsite at a secure parking lot which we benefitted from discount from being at the hotel and paid 11 euros for 24 hours. The breakfast was really good with plenty of self service options.
Disliked: Nothing really a great hotel.
