Fantastico!!!!
Liked: Fantastic hotel excellent room upgrade. 10/10
Disliked: Zero
Nicest hotel in Aranjuez and steps away from the Royal Palace
Liked: Very convenient to the Palace and also the buses. Not too far from the train station; we even walked there with our backpacks and luggage. Comfortable. We stayed at a handful of places in Aranjuez this month and NH Collection was the nicest, most fancy, and most comfortable.
Disliked: We were disappointed to get a room with two single beds.
Liked: Great location. Helpful and accommodating staff.
Liked: Place was excellent; however we had a bad experience with the front desk, they ignore us for 10mins and when we approched them, they replied that they were busy- no one was there.
